Aljazeera Source The Israeli military has carried out several air strikes on Lebanon in the past few hours. In one attack it says it hit a Hezbollah site in Janta, a village in central Lebanon. The Israeli army says it was targeting a Hezbollah air defence system. Most of the attacks have been confined to the southern region near the border. But this isn’t the first time the Israeli military has struck deep inside Lebanon. Al Jazeera’s Assed Baig has the latest from Marjayoun in southern Lebanon.
