A Palestinian man, who has a mental health condition, went missing for a month and has returned to his family in Gaza with life-threatening injuries.
His family claims he was detained by Israeli forces in Rafah and subsequently handed over to the Red Cross. Doctors have stated that he urgently needs treatment outside of Gaza to survive.
